Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of najm.world and to every order you place with NAJM ("we", "us"). By using the website or placing an order you agree to them. You can reach us at info@najm.world.

1. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, unavailable product or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment already made.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros. Taxes and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers, and we do not store your full card details.

3. Personalised products and your content

Many of our products are printed to order. When you upload artwork or enter text, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break the law. We may refuse or cancel any order containing unlawful, hateful, offensive or infringing content, and will refund it. Small differences in colour or print position can occur because products are made to order and screens display colours differently.

4. Production, shipping and returns

Production and delivery are described in our Shipping policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are described in our Return and refund policy.

5. Intellectual property

The designs, text, logos and images on this website belong to NAJM or its licensors. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect loss, or for delays caused by events outside our control.

7. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer protection rights of the country where you live.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
