Shipping policy

Made to order

Our products are printed after you order, by our production partner. Production usually takes a few business days before your parcel is handed to the carrier.

Delivery

Shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout, based on your delivery address. Delivery times depend on the destination and the method you choose, and are estimates, not guarantees. Orders with several items can be sent in separate parcels.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a confirmation with tracking information.

Customs and import duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, your country may charge import taxes or duties. These are your responsibility.

Address mistakes

Please check your delivery address before paying. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may ask you to cover the cost of sending it again.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email us at info@najm.world with your order number and, if it is damaged, photos. We will sort it out with you.
